About

This is my first app — built to solve two problems I kept running into: wasting food, and running out of ideas for what to cook with what I already had.

How often do you stare into a full fridge and still end up ordering takeout? Or throw away ingredients you forgot you had? I built The Creative Cook to fix that — for myself first, and then for anyone else who felt the same way.

As the project grew, so did the vision. The Creative Cook became a digital cookbook where you save recipes and add your own notes. A meal planner. A way to try flavors and dishes you'd never have thought to make on your own.

I sincerely hope it makes your kitchen feel a little more exciting — and your grocery bill a little smaller.

What we collect

If you create an account, we store your email address and the content you choose to save — recipes, meal plans, and grocery lists. This is used solely to sync your data across your devices.

What we don't do

Your data is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising. Ever.

No account?

If you use the app without an account, nothing is stored on our servers — your recipes and lists live only on your device.
